On March 26, 2025 a unique musical event will take place in the cozy Hall of the VEF Palace of Culture – a concert of the world famous Piano Duo “Duo PETROF”.

Anatoly Zatin and Vlada V. Zatine – masters of piano art with Eastern European roots – representing Mexico, have conquered the European, Asian and American stages. For more than 20 years of joint creative work, they have developed a unique concept of piano duet, combining virtuosity and deep musical interpretation.

The concert program will feature compositions by outstanding composers: Johann Sebastian Bach, Modest Mussorgsky, Alexander Scriabin, Thomas Leon

The sound of four hands and two pianos, which the Duo PETROF creates at their concerts, will transfer listeners to the world of unusual musical harmony. This is not just a concert, but real art that comes to life in the performance of talented musicians.

Duo PETROF is an ensemble that has received many prestigious awards, including:
Two gold medals and the title of “best concert” at the Global Music Awards 2023
First prize at the international piano duet competition in the United States
Hollywood Music In Media Awards nominated for El Jarabe Tapatio's version for two pianos
Contemporary classical ensemble of the Year title at the Mexican Music Awards

They performed in such legendary halls as Carnegie Hall in New York, Rudolfinum in Prague, Moscow Conservatory, Shanghai Center for Oriental Arts and major music festivals around the world. In 2011 their Dallas concert was included in Theater Jones magazine's list of the best concerts of the year.
